We believe healing is a path, rather than a destination. With that in mind, one-on-one therapy is approached with a “meeting you where you’re at” mindset - wherever you might be on that path. We lead with empathy, zero judgment, and, at times, humor. You’ll be paired with counselors not randomly, but based on foundational similarities and relevant experience.

$150/hour

Relationship counseling can be complex, given the intricate dynamics between two people. We address all issues, common or uncommon: anxious or avoidant attachment theory, sex or infidelity issues, communication and understanding, and lots, lots more.

$230/hour

Rather than helping manage your mental and emotional wellbeing based on your past up to the present in a clinical setting, coaching is more non-clinical and action-focused to help your present self become your better future self, or achieve a goal. Services are offered anywhere.

$250/hour - single session
$175/hour - if 2-10 hours booked
$150/hour - if 11+ hours booked

Two options:

• In a one-time or periodical agreement, Tavi Ambrose will facilitate a seminar, workshop, or class to promote morale, emotional intelligence, and address any specific pain points.
  AND/OR

• We will work on retainer to be available as a mental health provider across your organization on an as-needed basis.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law, effective January 1, 2022. The intention of this act is to prevent clients from receiving unexpected medical bills for services previously provided.
