Coaching

Life coaching is not therapy. It's goal-oriented and you won't be diagnosed. The focus is practical and action-oriented: who you want to become, what's standing between you and that, and how to close the gap. This isn't for people who need to be convinced they can change. It's for people who already know they can — and want to do the work seriously.

Sessions are conducted by phone or video call, available to clients in the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

Pricing:

Single session — $250/hour

2–10 hours booked — $200/hour

11+ hours booked — $175hour

Therapy & Counseling – Coming Soon

Heal First is currently in development as a full clinical practice. Licensed therapy and counseling services — including trauma-informed care, attachment work, and individual counseling — will be available once licensure is complete.
